Earrings: A hypoallergenic, stainless steel pair of earrings with two different designs—creating a unique yet cohesive accessory for any outfit! The jellyfish earring features a matte white faux pearl and dangly blue heart gem. This earring measures roughly 2" inches. The sparkle earring features a matte white faux pearl and iridescent teardrop gem. This earring measures roughly 1-1.5" inches. Both earrings include a super secure push back earring backing!

Necklace: A hypoallergenic, stainless steel necklace featuring a super cute jellyfish head and scallop detailing. This necklace includes 4 white faux pearls, a dangly blue heart gem, and an iridescent teardrop gem. The pendant size is roughly 1" inch and the chain length is roughly up to 10.5" inches long and can be shortened. Includes an easy to fasten lobster claw clasp!

Pre-order Shipping

Products labeled as a "PRE-ORDER" may be shipped out between 2-4 months after pre-orders officially close. If you order an in stock product with a pre-order product in the same order, both items will be shipped together once the pre-order batch is ready to ship out. If you would like to ship in stock products before pre-order products are available to ship, please order them separately to avoid shipping delays!

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped out in batches every 1-2 weeks depending on the volume of orders placed and/or with each new pre-order cycle. Batches are shipped out in order at a first come, first serve basis for all pre-order and in-stock purchases.

All shipments include a tracking number which you will receive once your order is shipped out. Orders that are shipped using the "Free Shipping" option at checkout do not include a tracking number and will be shipped via stamped letter mail.

Delivery times vary from 1-3 weeks for domestic orders and 2-4 weeks for international. These estimates do not include the time it takes for Prismono to receive pre-order products from manufacturers or for Prismono to package and send orders to the post office.

Pre-orders are to be shipped out anywhere from 2-4 months after pre-orders close due to manufacturing times. If there are any delays, we will be sure to post any updates on social media and the Announcements page. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delays are much more likely to take place, so your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated at this time!

Prismono is NOT responsible for any damaged or missing parcels as it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure your goods are delivered safely.

Any customs fees/VAT/duties are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Customs/VAT/duties are NOT included in the cost of shipping when placing your order.

Return policy

No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellation requests will be accepted unless the wrong item was sent.

Refunds will not be provided for any lost or damaged packages as it is out of our hands once it reaches the post office.

By ordering from this website, you agree to all of the terms and details above. Filing claims on lost or damaged goods as a result of the post office will result in a permanent ban from shopping from the Prismono store as it goes against our shop policy.
