𖦹 sea milk. Club Snail Mail (March 2026)

So long as you're subscribed to the sea milk. Club before the end of the month, you will receive that month's edition (ex: if you subscribe before March 31st at 11:59PM PT, you will get the March edition snail mail)!

Any extra snail mail rewards that I have will be listed on the shop at a slightly higher price, so you may still get the chance to pick up an edition you really liked if you missed the deadline.

Shipping for all snail mail subscriptions will begin within the first week of the following month. Subscriptions for a new snail mail edition begin and last for the duration of the month, so you can expect your snail mail to ship out a few weeks after a new edition launches! (ex: if you subscribe to the sea milk. Club on March 7th, your snail mail will be shipped out within the first week of April)

All snail mail subscriptions include free shipping worldwide! Certain countries may be subject to VAT fees upon arrival.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of how snail mail subscriptions will be shipped out, you will not be able to manually combine them with a Prismono order at this time.

Shipment combination requests with snail mail subscriptions is only valid for orders containing in stock goods. Pre-order goods cannot be shipped with snail mail subscriptions at this time.

Orders that include only in-stock products (does NOT include any pre-ordered goods) are shipped out in batches every 1-3 weeks depending on the volume of orders placed and/or with each new pre-order cycle. Batches are shipped out in order at a first come, first serve basis for all in-stock and pre-order purchases.

All shipments include a tracking number which you will receive once your order is shipped out. Orders that are shipped using the "Free Shipping" option at checkout do not include a tracking number and will be shipped via stamped letter mail.

Delivery times vary from 1-3 weeks for domestic orders and 2-4 weeks for international. These estimates do not include the time it takes for Prismono to receive pre-order products from manufacturers or for Prismono to package and send orders to the post office. Estimated shipping times are always subject to potential delays due to holidays, weather conditions in certain locations, and other factors outside of Prismono's control.

Pre-orders are to be shipped out anywhere from 2-4 months after pre-orders close due to manufacturing times. If there are any delays, we will be sure to post any updates on social media and the Announcements page.

Prismono is NOT responsible for any damaged or missing parcels as it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure your goods are delivered safely. Refunds are not available for lost or damaged parcels.

Any customs fees/VAT/duties are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Customs/VAT/duties are NOT included in the cost of shipping when placing your order. 

No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellation requests will be accepted unless the wrong item was sent.

Refunds will not be provided for any lost or damaged packages as it is out of our hands once it reaches the post office.

By ordering from this website, you agree to all of the terms and details above. Filing charge backs on lost or damaged goods as a result of the post office will result in a permanent ban from shopping from the Prismono store as it goes against our shop policy.
