Happy May, everyone!

As we make our way into summer, I have a handful of shipping updates and preorder information that I'm excited to share with you guys below.

For anyone waiting on Vante, Still With Jungkook, Seafoam Soda, Shadowbringers, and Endwalker pin preorder shipment updates, I deeply apologize for the wait!

Due to an increase in COVID-19 cases, my manufacturer has unfortunately been unable to ship the finished preorder batch to me and I've been communicating with them over the past couple of weeks to determine the best course of action. However, we should be expecting these pins to arrive in the coming weeks and all preorders will be shipped out as soon as they arrive. Once again, I deeply apologize for the wait and thank each of you so much for your patience and understanding!

For Australian customers, as you all are aware, shipments to Australia had been halted completely since September of 2021.

Thankfully, the USPS website has been updated recently to reflect that these disruptions will now only be effecting certain package types that do not pertain to Prismono's packaging requirements, so I'll now be able to ship out all outstanding orders bound for Australia! Due to the unexpected nature of the situation, I'll be slowly but surely shipping them in small batches at a first come, first serve basis just to ensure that no packages get returned to me in this process. Shipments will begin next week and you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your goodies are on their way!

As for future shop updates, I have two brand new postcard prints incoming as well as an exciting, large-scale project in the works as well!
